The hotel was relaxing and great, with very professional staff who provided excellent service. It boasts a marvelous location near Karst Gallery, making it easy to explore the lovely area with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. You guys made our stay great!

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was LOVELY and fairly clean with great and awesome location on the downside children's entertainment dominated the whole evening. Location: the property was near restaurants, a cave, and beach. Having different carbonated drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

The rooms are comfy and compact, featuring a lovely garden view and a beautiful balcony. the location is marvellous and awesome, just a 15-minute walk from Plymouth Hoe.

Had a great time spending Christmas at this hotel. the food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always attentive to our needs. the location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the local shops. We also enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, with all the necessary amenities.

The lack of WiFi in the room was a bit inconvenient, but we managed just fine. We also found the prices for some beach amenities to be a bit high, such as the cost for renting loungers and umbrellas.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being only a stone's throw away from the gorgeous beach and many great restaurants in the area. the rooms are clean and compact with good cleaning service.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The location was perfect as it was very close to the beautiful beach and some great restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool which was very clean and had a lifeguard on duty at all times. The breakfast had a great variety of food, including fresh fruit and yogurts, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, croissants and even scrambled eggs and bacon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast service.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the variety of local bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was always friendly and welcoming, ready to help us with whatever we needed. We especially liked the clean and well-maintained pool area, a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

Our room was a bit on the small side and lacked space for hanging our wet clothes. we found that the breakfast options were limited, with the same offerings each day.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, including the beautiful pool area, which always had a lifeguard on duty. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide range of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheeses, cereals. We also appreciated the play area for young children, which kept our little ones entertained.

Children's entertainment dominated the whole evening.
